Teacher-librarian: Ms. Chung Sau Ting(Stephanie)
The Teacher-librarian is responsible for overseeing the operations of the library, including planning collection development, acquiring and organizing resources, and promoting a reading culture and information literacy education. I design diverse reading activities to assist teachers and students in effectively utilizing library resources and collaborate with the teaching team to support curriculum needs. Additionally, I manage the library space and equipment, train student library leaders, establish an electronic service system, and create a reading and learning atmosphere in the school, fostering students' independent learning abilities and lifelong learning skills.
Library Studies Teacher: Miss Yeung(Racheal)
Our library student leaders are students from grades 3 to 6. They take turns at the library during recess, helping classmates find books, borrow and return books, and assist with library reading activities.
Our Reading Ambassadors are older students in grades 5 and 6 who love reading. They help classmates read books in the reading area during recess.
Ms. Ding Mei-sian helps us clean the library and is a great assistant.
